Falcon Risk Holdings LLC (Falcon), the US Financial, Professional and Cyber lines MGA has announced four senior appointments to its team. Bryan Harmsen joins as Chief Operating Officer, and Danielle Cirillo joins the Management Liability team as Head of Private Company Management Liability, alongside Andrew Menger as Head of Public Company Management Liability and Tim Barry as Head of Financial Institutions.
Bryan Harmsen joins from Munich Re, where he was Head of Data Operations and Process Improvement. Bryan has held several senior operational roles in the insurance industry spanning the last ten years. Prior to his transition into insurance, he worked for IBM for nine years culminating in a leadership role implementing their Global Delivery Framework for IT Service Delivery.

Danielle Cirillo joined to serve as Head of Private Company Management Liability. She brings over twelve years of insurance industry experience. She was previously at Chubb serving as a regional leader for private company and not-for-profit management liability.
Andrew Menger joined earlier in the year to serve as Head of Commercial Management Liability. He was previously at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where he was Vice President of Executive Lines. Andrew brings over twenty-five years of commercial management liability experience and has held multiple senior roles during his career.
Tim Barry rounds out the Management Liability Team as Head of Financial Institutions. He was previously at Everest leading the Asset Management team. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Tim spent five years as an equity sales trader.
